On this day do not read, don't watch tv, don´t speak, don't use your phone or any screen.
Simply sit in your chamber aware, alert, not sleeping.
When you observe yourself, you´ll notice the nature of your mind.
You, my friend, will certify that it is the mind of a madman.
Because for most people, their minds cannot stay on any one thing;
Unless they're in mental captivity.
Simply, they cannot be here, present in the now and the action.
They remain in a compulsive state of psychological activity where the mind is on and moving by its own accord.
When you´re like this you cannot be. Being has to happen. Only then will togetherness become richer.
If you know how to be by yourself then coming together will be hugely rewarding.
It will be explosive and of tremendous value.
It means we came together consciously."
